RNF167

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF167 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF167-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPT1P11, SRXN1, and CYFIP1. Each is linked with RNF167 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF167-to-partner and partner-to-RNF167 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPT1P11 grouped by RNF167-low versus RNF167-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF167→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF167) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
