Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF145 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,837 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF145-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK1A1, DIAPH1, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with RNF145 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF145-to-partner and partner-to-RNF145 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF145 versus CSNK1A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
