Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF144B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,938 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF144B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPZB, CORO1A, and MYO1F. Each is linked with RNF144B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF144B-to-partner and partner-to-RNF144B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF144B versus CAPZB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF144B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF144B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
