RNF128

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF128 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF128-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP35, ZNHIT3, and C17orf98. Each is linked with RNF128 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF128-to-partner and partner-to-RNF128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP35 grouped by RNF128-low versus RNF128-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF128→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
