Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4511 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4511 expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in SKCM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4511 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, MIR4511 RNA expression shows 6,147 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight SKCM, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where MIR4511 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
