RNF125

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF125 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,127 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF125-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIP4K2A, CLIC2, and RASAL3. Each is linked with RNF125 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF125-to-partner and partner-to-RNF125 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF125 versus PIP4K2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF125→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
