Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF125 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 650 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF125-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST13, NDUFAF5, and FAM83D. Each is linked with RNF125 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF125-to-partner and partner-to-RNF125 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF125 versus ST13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF125→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
