Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,375 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISA2, ARMC7, and PARP16. Each is linked with RNF10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF10-to-partner and partner-to-RNF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF10 versus SHISA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
