RNF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,774 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P45, TRAJ46, and RNU6-575P. Each is linked with RNF10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF10-to-partner and partner-to-RNF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P45 grouped by RNF10-low versus RNF10-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
