Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RNF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF10-to-partner and partner-to-RNF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by RNF10-low versus RNF10-high in UCEC.
