Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,474 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hippo signaling, Endosomal transport, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with RNF10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF10-to-partner and partner-to-RNF10 results are reported.
