RNF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X1, SPRR2B, and MS4A13. Each is linked with RNF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF10-to-partner and partner-to-RNF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X1 grouped by RNF10-low versus RNF10-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
