RND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,196 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2A_S456, AKAP12_T1760, and KRT18_S53. Each is linked with RND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND1-to-partner and partner-to-RND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RND1 versus PRRC2A_S456 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
