RNASET2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASET2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASET2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP25, and CORO1A. Each is linked with RNASET2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASET2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASET2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASET2 versus ARHGAP15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASET2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASET2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
