Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASET2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASET2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA2-AS1, NCAPG, and SPC25. Each is linked with RNASET2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASET2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASET2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASET2 versus RPS6KA2-AS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASET2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASET2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
