RNASEH2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEH2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEH2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP72P1, RNA5SP322, and RNU6-1323P. Each is linked with RNASEH2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2B-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP72P1 grouped by RNASEH2B-low versus RNASEH2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEH2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEH2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
