Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEH2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,377 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEH2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear division, Regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and Nuclear chromosome segregation. Each is linked with RNASEH2A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2A-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear division grouped by RNASEH2A-low versus RNASEH2A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
