RNASE8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,004 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTEP2, RUFY1-AS1, and ARAP1-AS2. Each is linked with RNASE8 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE8-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 versus TPTEP2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
