RNASE8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF40, CD248, and ARHGAP17. Each is linked with RNASE8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE8-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 versus ARHGEF40 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
