Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-668P, OFD1P10Y, and MIR7702. Each is linked with RNASE8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE8-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-668P grouped by RNASE8-low versus RNASE8-high in SKCM.
