Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE8 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibroblasts. Each is linked with RNASE8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE8-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibroblasts grouped by RNASE8-low versus RNASE8-high in SKCM.
