Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,025 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RNA5SP377, and RNA5SP458. Each is linked with RNASE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by RNASE2-low versus RNASE2-high in SKCM.
