RNASE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,602 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP12, RRS1, and TNS1. Each is linked with RNASE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE1-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE1 versus RRP12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
