Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,102 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, COMP, and DACT1. Each is linked with RNASE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE1-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE1 versus LMOD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
