Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP146, RNA5SP92, and MIR7843. Each is linked with RNASE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE1-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP146 grouped by RNASE1-low versus RNASE1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
