Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP474 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP474 expression is associated with patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP474 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNA5SP474 RNA expression shows 13,208 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PCPG. Together, these results highlight UVM, THCA, and PCPG as cancer lineages where RNA5SP474 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
