RNA5SP20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,376 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNA5SP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-613P, EDDM3CP, and MIR1284. Each is linked with RNA5SP20 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP20-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP20 versus RNU6-613P in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNA5SP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNA5SP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
