associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 613, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-613P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-613P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-613P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-613P RNA expression shows 6,998 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight TGCT, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-613P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-613P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-613P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (16). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-613P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-613P expression shows unfavorable associations in TGCT, READ, KIRC, STAD and LUAD, but favorable associations in LAML. The TGCT Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify TGCT as the clearest survival context for RNU6-613P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-613P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-613P shows higher tumor expression in BRCA. The BRCA box plot shows higher RNU6-613P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.595, t-test p < 0.001).
