Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,079 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with RN7SKP43 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP43-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translational initiation grouped by RN7SKP43-low versus RN7SKP43-high in STAD.
