RMST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,503 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACSS3, BDH2, and DPYSL2. Each is linked with RMST in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMST-to-partner and partner-to-RMST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RMST versus ACSS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMST→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
