RMDN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RMDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RMDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ2, DHDDS, and UBR7. Each is linked with RMDN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RMDN2-to-partner and partner-to-RMDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ2 grouped by RMDN2-low versus RMDN2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RMDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RMDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
