Across TCGA cell cohorts, RLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,117 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP9, DDX31, and EPS8L1. Each is linked with RLN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RLN1-to-partner and partner-to-RLN1 results are reported.
