RING1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RING1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P1Y, FGF7P5, and HPRT1P2. Each is linked with RING1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RING1-to-partner and partner-to-RING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
