OFD1 pseudogene 1 Y-linkedGenealiases: OFD1P1 · OFD1PY1 · OFDYP1

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OFD1P1Y profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OFD1P1Y expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OFD1P1Y is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, OFD1P1Y RNA expression shows 1,522 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight ESCA, and LIHC as cancer lineages where OFD1P1Y shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes OFD1P1Y survival associations across molecular data types. OFD1P1Y RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (8). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible OFD1P1Y RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High OFD1P1Y expression shows unfavorable associations in ESCA, PAAD, KIRP, LAML, PRAD and LIHC. The ESCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .003). Together, the overview and detailed table identify ESCA as the clearest survival context for OFD1P1Y RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for OFD1P1Y. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. OFD1P1Y shows higher tumor expression in LIHC. The LIHC box plot shows higher OFD1P1Y RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.029, t-test p = .015).
