RIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,383 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, UBE2O, and PRRX1. Each is linked with RIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN2-to-partner and partner-to-RIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIN2 versus PPFIBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
