Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and TFRC. Each is linked with RIMS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS1-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by RIMS1-low versus RIMS1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
