Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,101 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress granule assembly, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with RIMS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS1-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS1 results are reported.
