RIC3-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC3-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,947 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC3-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Microtubule-based transport. Each is linked with RIC3-DT in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC3-DT-to-partner and partner-to-RIC3-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transport along microtubule grouped by RIC3-DT-low versus RIC3-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC3-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC3-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
