RHPN1-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHPN1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,127 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHPN1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHPN1, ZNF707, and ARHGAP39. Each is linked with RHPN1-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHPN1-AS1 versus RHPN1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
