Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHPN1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RHPN1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RHPN1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHPN1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and HNSC show a favorable association.

LIHC, LGG, and LAML are the cancer types where RHPN1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
