Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-29P, FAM21EP, and LACTB. Each is linked with RHO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHO-to-partner and partner-to-RHO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-29P grouped by RHO-low versus RHO-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHO→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
