Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW10, ESX1, and JAM2. Each is linked with RHO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHO-to-partner and partner-to-RHO results are reported.
