RHBG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, CHD1, and ORC3. Each is linked with RHBG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBG-to-partner and partner-to-RHBG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBG versus ANP32E in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
