Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHBG RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RHBG data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RHBG RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHBG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KICH show a favorable association.

KIRP, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where RHBG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
