RHBDD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLTF-AS1, OR4D5, and OR51S1. Each is linked with RHBDD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD3-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HLTF-AS1 grouped by RHBDD3-low versus RHBDD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
