associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 527, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-527P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-527P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-527P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-527P RNA expression shows 6,423 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight OV, BRCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where RNU6-527P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-527P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-527P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (15). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-527P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-527P expression shows unfavorable associations in DLBC, UCS, CESC, KIRP and BLCA, but favorable associations in OV. The OV Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .004). Together, the overview and detailed table identify OV as the clearest survival context for RNU6-527P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-527P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-527P shows higher tumor expression in BRCA. The BRCA box plot shows higher RNU6-527P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.178, t-test p = .028).
