Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS9BP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS9BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BP8, MTND4P14, and CCDC137P. Each is linked with RGS9BP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9BP-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9BP results are reported.
