Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS9BP RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RGS9BP data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RGS9BP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS9BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LAML show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RGS9BP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
