RGS7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, NFIB, and SLC16A3. Each is linked with RGS7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS7 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
