RGS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4670, CCNB2, and CDKN3. Each is linked with RGS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS3-to-partner and partner-to-RGS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4670 grouped by RGS3-low versus RGS3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
